Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled between 9-3:30 Monday – Thursday or 9-12:30 on Friday.
- Text / Email reminder system will notify you of your upcoming appointment.
- Family members can be seen on the same day.
- Treatment can start the same day as the initial or check up appointment.
- If you are unable to make your appointment we’d appreciate 24 hr notice.
- No-show, no-call after confirmation will result in a $25 charge.
Payment options
PPO insurance, Medicaid, Chips, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Monthly payment plans with approved credit (Care Credit).
We gladly welcome special needs patients.
